About Me

I’m currently an Instructional Designer for Insperity. I focus on the design, development and evaluation of instructional systems and educational technology applications to support learning and improve performance.

I have extensive knowledge of instructional design and delivery, research methodology, and multimedia development, including distance education, and the design, development, and delivery of interactive videoconferencing, as well as computer-based and web-based interactive multimedia educational tools.

I have experience in compliance training, technology training, assessment, management of professional and curriculum development projects, and technology grant funding and I have developed curriculum for classroom instruction, teacher-training workshops and presentations, and online courses. My strong interpersonal and organizational skills, editorial and project management skills, help me to focus on and prioritize multiple projects.

I deliver e-training, demonstrations, presentations, and seminars and have trained a variety of audiences, including technical directors/administrators, K-12 teachers and students, librarians, and various community groups. I love to work in a team-based management environment to provide comprehensive coordination of multimedia and distance education projects and training.
